I recently put in an order for an oil delivery(2022) and was advised by a representative that my order couldn’t be completed due to an outstanding balance. Previously when I was in contract with another oil delivery company the driver came to my residence in error (2017) and put oil in my tank. At that time I contacted the company and advised I was not going to be held responsible for the driver error and if someone was going to come to my residence to cipher the oil out my tank I wanted it in writing that the company would be held accountable for any damages to my furnace and oil tank. After speaking with several individuals within the company all was resolved and I was advised no balance will be due. I have placed orders after experiencing this issue. I am requesting for someone to contact me to resolve this matter. Also I am requesting for the order to be cancelled immediately. I’m quite sure with all the notes that should be in the system regarding this matter no monies are owed. Beware of them trying to have customers pay for their error. I will continue this action until the matter is fully resolved. And when asked to speak to the manger again the rep told me that she wasn’t there and don’t know when she would be in and don’t know when she would contact me back. Beware !!

Called in a panic today. I had ordered heating fuel from another company 7 days ago. 4 days past when they said they'd be here. No show and No answer. I was almost out. Liberty to the rescue!! You've gained another customer! Thank you so so much!!
