Customers praise the courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable staff, such as Kim Carlucci, who provide excellent service and are patient with customers. The doctors, including Dr. Andrea Sutton, are described as great, listening attentively and providing valuable advice. Customers are satisfied with the care they receive and would recommend the Walmart Vision Center.
Once again I had a pleasant experience working with Shelia (Vcm) and Angel (optician) at the Neptune location. They both went over and above providing excellent customer service. We will continue to use them for our vision needs.
Angel went above and beyond to help out my father, we are very appreciative to him. My father went to another office where they were not too friendly. They wouldn't help my father get glasses because his insurance didn't cover, they also had missed a specific part that needed to be on my dads prescription in order for him to be able to go else where with his prescription.
Angel took it upon himself to reach out to the other office to get to the remaining inform needed on my dads prescription, in order for him to be able to order a new pair of glasses.

Just went there today November 8 for prescription glasses. Kim Carluci took care of me and spent a lot of time going over everything with me that I needed. She didn’t rush me & she’s definitely an asset to your team.
