Unfortunately we had a hose to the washing machine burst which caused significant damage/flooding. Mike arrived exactly when he said he would. He was thorough and professional. His team arrived with fans and equipment exactly when he said they would. Setting out expectations for the process and delivering on those promises was so wonderful given the stressful situation caused by this household upheaval. When we discovered in the evening another issue, Mike replied to us immediately and followed through early the next morning with next steps. I cannot say enough about how Mike’s professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the process helped us and was so greatly appreciated!

Overall great experience!! I had a rental property that was left in disarray, along with mold in the attic. Mike came by on a Thursday for an estimate and a crew was out by Friday. The surfaces were all cleaned, carpets were deodorized, and the mold was remediated within one day. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thanks Mike, Nick, and everyone else who helped out.
