Dean understands restaurants and the way they flow in a special way. I’ve never seen someone with a better understanding of how to layout everything and how the employees in the restaurant will flow without bumping into each other. Every time I asked Dean for something, he immediately had the answer or solution in a promptly manner. He’s a great guy and a pleasure to work with.
