The Service Department at Sansone Jrs has always been pleasure to deal with. The other day was just another example! I brought the car in for maintenance (oil change/tire rotation), as well as a few active “recalls”. Haley was my service rep and she was amazing! She gave me regular updates both thru text messaging as well as in person. She was knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job making me “feel” like my car was her only job of the day, even though i could see it was a very busy day at the Kia service dept.
