The tilers were excellent . They were prompt and courteous and capable. Telly came out and gave me very aesthetic and practical solutions for my bathroom.
I cannot say enough great things about Big Dog. Every step of the way - from receiving a quote, communicating with the office, having questions answered, having the workers on site, the finished product - all top notch. It was such a pleasant experience that we are looking forward to Phase 2 of our work even more. Everyone in the office, including Michelle and Richie, were timely and thorough in their responses. This was very important to me! Ryan, Louis and Glenn were on time each day and were considerate of keeping our home clean while they worked. They answered questions along the way, tweaked things to meet my expectations and even fixed some things here and there that were not originally discussed. They fixed cracked molding (previous to their arrival) above our closet without even mentioning it. The attention to detail and craftmanship was outstanding and really went a long way with us.
