I signed up with NCI Oct 2013 to grow our CPA firm and within the first 6 months my Client Service Representative (CSR) signed up around 40 clients (1st tax season). After using the NCI model for 3 years, we had to let go of our marketing department (CSR and appointment setters) since we had more clients than we can handle (which was a good problem to have). Currently we are in escrow to sell our CPA firm. Thank you NCI for helping us reach our goals.
