After spending the whole day calling and searching for a water heater repairman, the only company that was able to help us was Mr. Richard’s. He came in resolved our issue, didn’t just come in trying to sell us a new unit, or any extras of the salesman talk. He was honest and that’s hard to come buy. Fixed our issue in and out, and was also respectful and kind. He gave us care and maintain instructions as this is also my first home, he was absolutely great

Rich was amazing came in to repair my water heater it took 20 minutes and spent some time giving us a detailed run down about what it needed and how to care for it in the future 10/10 switching over from Mongan’s for my oil deliveries
