I was very impressed with the customer service starting with my initial visit at my home. Never having heard of sun tunnel diffusers before I was impressed when I was invited in the home of the owner of the company to see what it look like.Once I decided to go ahead with the project, everyone from the office staff to the product manager were extremely helpful.I was told it would be a two day project and that is what it was. The insulation went smoothly, and the house was cleaned as needed after each stepOnce my four sun tunnel diffusers were installed, I have been so pleased with how much more light they have given me. Very well structured business that has processes built in I've rarely seen from home contractors....Transparent, patient quote and QA leading up to the Go decision.
