I had my consultation virtually due to the covid19 pandemic. Dr. Bidic is awesome - he did not rush through the consultation and he answered all of my questions. My procedure had to be rescheduled twice because of the elective surgery restrictions due to the pandemic, but they made sure to stay in touch with me and reschedule me for the soonest date possible. The surgery went well, but afterwards I had some issues with the pharmacy filling my prescription (it was the pharmacy's issue) but Dr. Bidic handled the issue right away. I also had a lot of pain and bruising after surgery and was nervous, but every time I had a question I was able to get a response from Dr. Bidic literally within minutes, even on the weekend, to assure me it was all normal. The office is an hour away from me, but I have no problem going that distance to receive the best possible care and results. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Bidic and his facility. I will definitely be going back the next time that I decide to have a procedure done.
