Our technician Al was very professional and knowledgeable. Since our cat is an inside-only pet, Al determined the point of entry that was most probable for the fleas and gave us tips on how to avoid flea infestation going forward. He explained how the treatment will work, the timeline to see results, and that there would be a follow-up treatment in 2 weeks.
