Lifetime Fitness is an outstanding gym! The facility is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with top-notch equipment and a variety of classes for all fitness levels. Staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. With a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities, every workout feels enjoyable and motivating.

Front desk never picks up the phone. That is crazy for the amount of money they charge. This review is specific to the mount laurel location. Gym is great but front desk needs an overhaul.

I love this gym but the front desk needs to pick up their phone. I’ve called multiple times in the last hour to simply ask about day pass inquiries for a family member. They need someone who can at least pick up their own members phone calls if I’m going to be paying this much for their services. So inconvenient. And the website or app doesn’t have this information?? But every other club location does.
