About Life Time

Another gym member recommended that I go here and I loved it from Day 1. Honestly, I have a home gym, but I love the eucalyptus steam room, ambiance, sauna, and the exquisite atmosphere.
The spa is great. I love their mimosa brunches, the indoor pool is heated so you can swim comfortably for a while. I highly recommend. It's pricey, but my family and I love it.
Mike Harris at Lifetime Fitness is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge, motivation, and dedication are on another level. He pushes you to be your best while still making every workout enjoyable and tailored to your goals. Would rate 5 stars if the basketball court wasn’t used for pickleball so often, and if both jacuzzis were brought back instead of just one. I also don’t see many people using the cold plunge for it to be that large.
Also, to the girl making smoothies in the cafe, you are doing a GREAT job!
