First impressions can be deceiving. The lobby looks fresh and modern, but step into the resident area and it's a different story. It feels more lived-in than updated. And what's with the constant Newport smell near the nurses' station? Are patients really allowed to smoke in their rooms? The rehab equipment seems solid, but the overall vibe is far from relaxing or inviting.
I just had my first encounter with DON for a job. The recruiter was professional and very personable importantly approachable. I felt a good positive energy from everyone I came into contact with. I was extremely impressed by the quality and cleanliness of this facility. I would feel comfortable leaving my own family members here.
It was such a joy to walk into a facility and to be greeted with kindness. My loved one was having physical therapy and the therapist explained everything she was doing and why. She even gave tips on how we can help. I left knowing my loved was safe and well cared for.
