Working with Ideal was truly a team approach from the minute we walked into the showroom until they just completed the renovation an hour ago. Michelle was patient and resourceful, taking time to listen to my preferences and ideas for new countertops and backsplash. The tile installers were prompt, very neat and extremely pleasant to work with. The result is a meticulous glass backsplash. The countertop installers were a great team, and they made the new quartz countertops fit perfectly.
