Had a small inconvenience happen at the office that was also partly my fault, and Barbie called the next day, not only to address the situation, but to apologize for the situation. She assured me they were actively working on the issue I was frustrated with and also told me how properly go about being a few minutes late so everyone stays on time and no one is turned away. She got me into an earlier appointment and was extremely optimistic and kind over the phone. I liked Barbie the first appointment I met her at! Great first impression! Everyone was very personable. Absolutely loved Dr. Patel. Doctor, Assistants & front desk all seemed pleasant. Patient with the kids, which can be very hard in all the chaos. I give them a lot of credit for working in a profession such as theirs.
The entire staff here is extraordinary. Dr Nicole Burke is by far one of the single greatest Dentist I have ever been blessed to receive care from. She is kind, patient, caring, and compassionate with a beautiful soul. They are ALWAYS on time and If they are running a little late they will keep you posted. NO office is PERFECT, but the positives of this office is what makes it a privilege to be a patient.
