We worked with Jimmy Sanchez who was perfect! We are replacing the flooring in our kitchen. He explained everything in full detail including what to expect throughout the process. The end product looks great and the installation was well done. The issue was a lack of communication on the day of the install. Despite calling three times, they could not provide a 'window' and I had to wait around all day until the installers finally showed up at 2:45 pm. A simple phone call could have let me know I could run errands in the morning. The service dept. needs to work on that!
