The end product looks great and the installation was well done. The issue was a lack of communication on the day of the install. Despite calling three times, they could not provide a 'window' and I had to wait around all day until the installers finally showed up at 2:45 pm. A simple phone call could have let me know I could run errands in the morning. The service dept. needs to work on that!
