I went to this salon for the first time for a gel manicure and pedicure. I do know someone who used to go to this location and the woman is very good at doing design work. When I came in, I was not greeted at all by both the male and female owners. The male just stood by the pedicure chair until I was done picking my color. He did my pedicure and manicure. I showed him a design I wanted on one nail for each hand. I do have short nails but I have never had an issue with anyone being able to make a simple design work even if it’s modified a bit. I ALWAYS have good service when coming. They do exactly what I ask for every time and they make sure you are happy with the nails before even leaving. If you have any concerns about the nails they gladly fix it.
I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and NEVER had a problem!
they did a good job but up charge for every little thing. I was charged for color (no design) and the shape of my nails. there is no indication in the salon of the "uncharges" they charge. When I went to pay, the employee was very rude (boarderlime affended) when explaining why it was so much. I will not be going back due to the price ($75 for a full set..ridiculous!!) and lack of professionalism.
