All three Technicians David, George and Lenny gave 200% . All of them were determined to clear my clogged pipe which had 4 feet of clogged grease!! They were pleasant, professional and straight to the point. They worked tirelessly without complaint when they had to return the next two days to get it cleared. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a drain cleared. All three of them deserve kudos!!???
Hit an obstacle during a bathroom remodel. Unfortunately the work couldn’t proceed until a specific job was completed. Roto-Rooter was called and came to the house within a short time, fixed the problem and we were back on track! Our plumber was courteous and professional, will definitely recommend this company.
I was completely impressed with Shawn’s professionalism and customer service. He answered every single question and concern we had with no problems. Handled everything we needed with quickness. Grateful he came out to our home!
