Master-Dry is the only company that could fix my basement flooding, soil grading, water drainage, and foundation problems. I tried the rest but found the best in Doug Schoen and Master-Dry ! My basement is now bone dry after the extensive yet very reasonably priced work that the Master-Dry team did both inside and outside. Other companies failed and made things worse.
The Master-Dry crew are kind, helpful, reassuring, and very skilled. You can trust Master-Dry for a level of quality and service above all others.Thank you to Foreman Jeff and every member of the team for improving my home and my life, I will never forget your efforts.

My experience with Master_Dry was excellent. I had a terrible drainage problem in back yard and down the side of the house. Doug was great, he knew exactly what to do and the price was good. This company is not trying to rip you off. The crew came and did an amazing job. They were professional, paid attention to details and worked hard and that included their cleanup. Their solution worked when no one else knew what to do. I highly recommend them.

Doug is a standup guy! He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. It is very hard to find that today. I am very fortunate that i called Doug. Although my job was a small one, I felt respected as though it was a big job. He came the day he told me he would and the job was finished in a timely manner. His team worked very meticulously, and being a dirty job due to digging, they left the site as clean as it was when they came. i am extremely happy with the work Doug did and will continue to use his company for all future jobs!
