“This was my 1st visit here. My former dentist did not take my new insurance. So I was disappointed that I would have to find another dental facility. I am not disappointed any longer.
The young lady that initially checked my teeth and did my X-RAYS was awesome. She was thorough and inquisitive. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Polite and sociable. I felt extremely comfortable with her. She then cleaned my teeth, and again was very thorough, not rushing the procedure as many dentists do. She did a great job.
I then saw Dr. Bassin. He also was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite, professional and sociable. He explained how everything looked good, and that he would see me in 6 months, if I choose to return. We then briefly chatted on a personal level, which I like to do, and I felt extremely comfortable with him as well.
There is no doubt I will be returning here, and that I found my new permanent dentist.
