After four joint replacement surgeries within one year and eighteen months of physical therapy I got lucky and found Community Acupuncture for additional pain relief. Dana is the consummate professional well beyond her masterful, delicate and compassionate Acupuncture skills. Upon entertaining her warm, friendly and welcoming office you will greeted by Dana who will ask you how you are feeling and what areas do we work on today? You will be asked to complete a small form answering a few brief questions. From there you will go to the treatment room which you will share with no more than three people. As you enter the treatment room you choose a sheet to use to cover the reclining chair you select. Dana will apply your treatment using the tools of her trade. You will be asked if you need a blanket before Dana exits leaving you to enjoy your treatment, get lost in your thoughts, control your breathing and listen to soft, soothing and sensual music in what I call Dana’s Zen Den. The hour treatment goes by quickly and soon you will be gathering yourself and your stuff feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. Time to take your sheet, place it in the container and go the lobby to settle up with Dana. You can pay with cash or credit card. Dana offers a sliding scale rate which is quite reasonable. Dana Holmes is hands down 5/5 rating. She is there for the clients wellbeing. she reasearches if she doent know the exact answer at that moment. She is pretty busy but will fit you in when she can. Dana is so amazing! She is kind, nurturing and listens to all of your needs.
