We can’t thank Rob enough for all his help with our 2 year old Bernedoodle. He is 70ish pounds and knew the basics but had some behavioral issues when it came to being around our toddler as well as new people. Rob was able to truly understand what our dog needed emotionally and physically, despite our pup not having a typical dog's demeanor. He may look super cute and friendly, but in reality, he is extremely afraid of everything and anything that comes in his way. After nearly two years of various trainers for our very smart doodle, the amazing combination of Christy and Makayla of NJ Fix my Dog, are the only ones who were able to help our sweet boy. We were most recently told he was anxious with separation anxiety and needed a heavy cocktail of 4 medications (despite him coming from a very reputable breeder and his lines and siblings having no issues). We were also told to send him to daycare and never leave him alone due to his separation anxiety. After 5 months on meds and more training with no results, we went in search of a different trainer. Robert is amazing. He helped me better understand the dog I adopted. Words cannot describe how much gratitude I have for him. He really does understand his clients and how to help us understand our dogs better. I wish I knew him years before. Thank you Robert. You're amazing.
