I’d give Doug Todd of Net Worth Management Group less than 1 star if it was an option. I called wanting an explanation why my Equitable policy was considered lapsed despite paying faithfully for 30 years. He claimed he tried to contact me several times. Really? Equitable said he was supposed to be monitoring my policy over the years, but I’ve never heard from him even though he has my phone # & email. I even had an email exchange with him a few years ago over another issue. He also said he had a letter from me in their “system” that stated I wanted my premium at a certain rate.
