Shoddy work. No one returns your calls. Better customer service at Home Depot. Large selection but not worth the price and aggravation.

No question that the store has a great product line but then again so do many stores. My low rating is how they dealt (actually didn't deal) with an error they made on my order and even after speaking with owner didn't do a thing to correct it. Actually, Erik was dismissive and the person who made the error didn't want to deal with me. What they did do was rapidly charge the remaining balance to my credit card without my authorization or by notifying me by phone. I was not in anyway delinquent in payment I was expecting a compromise. The delivery fee was $350 quite steep and could have been the good Will compromise but Erik chose to take the $ and run
