I called At Your Disposal based upon reviews I found in a local online forum, and was glad I did. To start with, Nicole is such a genuinely nice person, and a pleasure to speak with when you first call. She either picks up the call immediately, or calls back quickly if you have to leave a message. Phil was great because he not only did great work at a fair price, but he also made several recommendations that saved me a lot of money, time, and aggravation. I also liked that he does the work himself. My main problem was a dripping tub spout which was making noise behind the wall. He started by trying to find a replacement part to keep the cost down, but could not find one due to the age of my fixture, so he recommended another solution which avoided having to take down an entire wall, which would have been a mess and much more expensive to deal with. In addition, I asked him to install a new water heater and new main shut off valve since he was going to be here. He did replace the shut off valve because it was a disaster waiting to happen, but recommended waiting on the water heater, and reassured me that my concerns with the heater weren’t a big deal. I truly appreciated his honesty, and would highly recommend At Your Disposal.
at your disposal has done a few jobs around the house. I would recommend this company whole heartedly. I will always remember when I needed fast service over 30 weeks pregnant with two young girls, a freezing home and water in my basement. phil and nicole treated us like family. they are invested in the community and truly do a great job. thanks again ! @Verizon
