The massage therapist is very unprofessional. Her voice mailbox is always full. It takes her days to respond to appointment requests by text. She ran half an hour late when I saw her and I had to cut my massage time because I was parked at a metered parking. Then she talked the whole time about personal issues. Will definitely not recommend.
First of all, I made an appointment and Shay never showed up - literally. At all. Never contacted me (still hasn't), the doors were locked & lights were off. I reconfirmed with her just days beforehand - she told me honoring the appointment would be no issue. Never again. This is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in Morristown. Absolutely do not go there.
Took her days to schedule me then when we finally had an appointment she canceled but never called me back to reschedule. She then gave me another appointment after I reached out to her several times. I drove 30 mins to get to her, waited for 15 min at the building's entrance (which was locked) in the cold, called and texted her- no response. FYI I'm 37 weeks pregnant (and she is aware of this). It's now 12 hours later and I have no response to the messages or any follow up! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism! Groupon needs to reconsider their reviews and rating system! I would score her 0 stars if possible!
