Nature Balsam Nail & Spa offers excellent service and is a great place for a manicure or pedicure. The nail techs are super skilled and detailed, and you can really tell they care about the quality. The vibe inside the salon is relaxing, and everyone is friendly and professional. The space is super clean too. Customers are regularly frustrated that appointments with specific techs are not honored. While they do great work and their nail design is nice, sometimes when a customer asks ahead of booking for a specific tech, they are confirmed as working but then told upon arrival that the tech is not available or not working. This happens even when the date was a tech's regularly scheduled day off. The salon gets packed on the weekends, and it can make appointments useless when the salon is so busy, leading to waits up to 30 minutes past appointment times.
THE BEST! Highly recommend. I have been going to this salon for at least 8+ years. It is clean and very well-run. They have the best nail techs who can do everything from gel fill-ins to elaborate nail design. And the spa pedicures are amazing! The icing on the cake is that they treat you like family!
I got a design today on my nails where they shimmer when you move your nails around. I’m extremely impressed and have been going to this nail salon for over a year! Looking forward to trying more designs!
I usually do my own nails but came here for my wedding and honeymoon nails. I got normal gel each time. My wedding nails were great and lasted a long time, but my honeymoon nails chipped after two days. Management was extremely receptive when I called and shared my disappointment, and told me that my next manicure would be free. When I went in for my free manicure, I got regular polish instead of gel, and management gave me two coupons for future use. I think this place is great, everyone that works here is very kind and does good work.
