I live in New York I was on a work trip . I had some time to use my monthly membership session for a facial. I booked it last minute. They accommodate an appointment for me with no problem. I had the pleasure of having a great experience. With Vilma . She was walking me through every step of the way. She informed me of what I should be doing for my skincare routine. She also let me know what each product was good for as she applied it . She was very knowledgeable friendly. And quite frankly very personable. You really don’t get that now a days . I have the monthly plan and my usual provider was running 30 minutes behind. I had rushed to get there so I was disappointed but the young lady at the desk found me another available provider (Shakur) who was amazing! And she threw in an aromatherapy treatment for the inconvenience. I felt very taken care of and will definitely continue to go back!
