“John first came to our attention when he helped my parents (seniors) with their house as they prepared to sell it. He was honest, he did what he said he was going to do (incl phone calls & appts) and he charged very reasonable fees. He treated my parents with respect and gave suggestions to make the work more efficient and/or save them cost. My partner and I hired him to replace screen door hinges and install a chain. He assured us we did not need to replace the whole door; this was good news. Next, he looked at the windows (25 years old) that weren't able to open or close properly. He assessed the situation and said the windows were still good & didn't need replacement. Instead, he bought parts for the cranks and the mechanisms that actually open the windows. Parts and labor came to $220 vs what we would have spent had we replaced the whole windows: $1600 (not including labor)! “I was looking for a contractor to paint my kids' bedroom & bathroom & to renovate our stairway & I saw this company working our neighbor's place so I decided to reach out for a free estimate. Isaias came to check our house & gave us a very good first impression. My kids' bedroom has a wallpaper on 1 wall & on the ceiling so I decided to have it removed & just paint the whole room. I always wanted to have an accent wall so I told Isaias to install shiplap wall. The bathroom's paint was changed as well. Our stairway has carpet so we decided to have it removed. We wanted to keep the aesthetic natural so Isaias suggested that the original material of the steps can still be used & have it sanded & stained. They repainted the balusters & installed solid hardwood for the landings.
Isaias & his team's workmanship is great & reliable. They are respectful, hardworking, on time, & clean. They are approachable & accomodates your requests. Isaias is easy to work with & flexible. He doesn't push things to make more money but keep the price/work reasonable. The important thing too about them is that Isaias strives to meet customer satisfaction. He supervises his team & check their work as often as he can. He makes final run thru to make sure everything is upon our liking/approval. I had our work scheduled for Summer of this year & he was really busy. I asked him if he can find ways to do the work (at least most of it) before my guests arrive & he made sure that everything is done before the due date. I will definitely hire them again for future work.“

He said it would take 5 days I added to paint my master bathroom kitchen and staircase walls and overhead ceiling. Said he could do it as he was already doing the patches so it was a mater of just more paint and a few hours. Did it all in 5 days. “I need an under mounted sink repair to the granite counter top. I called a plumber and they refused to do it. I called Big Eric and he was able to come later after I got out of work. He came after 5pm where most handymen will not do that. He did a great job very thorough and was very nice! I would recommend Eric again for sure!“
