I recently had a very large backyard renovation along with a complete redesign of my driveway—work that several other contractors either avoided or didn’t feel comfortable tackling. From the very first meeting, Sam stood out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly confident in managing a project of this scale.
Throughout the process, Sam and his team were consistently organized, punctual, and attentive to every detail. He communicated each step clearly, coordinated all the moving parts seamlessly, and made sure I was informed and comfortable with the plan.

We recently had our 2 ½ bathrooms remodeled by Sam, and overall we’re very pleased with the results. His team was professional, respectful of our home, and worked hard to complete the project. The quality of the tilework, plumbing, and finishing details really showcases their craftsmanship.
Communication was clear throughout, and they were open to addressing our questions and making adjustments when needed. We especially appreciated how they handled waterproofing, kept most of the work area clean, and resolved issues as they came up.

It is very rare these days to find an honest contractor that truly loves what he does and is a master at what he does!! I can't thank Sam and his team enough for the amazing job they did in reconstructing my balconies! I had two balconies that were not waterproofed correctly by the original builder and over time water damage rotted out the structure of the balconies to a point where it was dangerous to even stand or sit on them.
He and his team carefully and safely disassembled both balconies and rebuilt them completely waterproof and even prettier than they were before demolition. To make things challenging I have a complete glass conservatory... read full review
