“I wish I could give zero stars! My experience with Photos by Glenna was an absolute disaster from start to finish. When I arrived for my photo session, Glenna greeted me dressed as a pirate and insisted I address her as "Captain." I thought it was some sort of themed promotion, but it turned out she just really enjoys living out her pirate fantasy during business hours.

To make matters worse, the studio was decorated like a pirate ship, complete with a fake parrot that squawked insults at me every five minutes. Glenna then proceeded to take my photos while swinging from a rope and shouting "Aargh!" after every shot. Not exactly the professional atmosphere I was hoping for.

But the nightmare didn't end there. When it was time to review the photos, I discovered that every single one had been digitally altered to include various sea creatures—an octopus on my head, a shark in the background, and even a mermaid photobombing my family portrait! When I asked for normal, unaltered photos, Glenna insisted that the pirate-themed edits were "artistic enhancements" and refused to provide the originals.

I finally received my prints weeks later, only to find that they were all printed on what appeared to be pieces of an old treasure map. My family portrait had a giant X marking the spot on my forehead! I can't even hang these photos up without feeling like I'm part of some bizarre pirate adventure.

If you value your sanity and want normal, professional photos, steer clear of Photos by Glenna. Unless, of course, you're into pirate-themed chaos and enjoy being insulted by a mechanical parrot. In that case, this place is perfect for you.“
