Avantgarde Rehabilitation is the best physical therapy place I've been to. The staff is amazing, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better quickly. 100% recommend!!!!

I am coming to Hands-on for years for a chronic lower back pain due to disk problems, after the car incident, mussel stiffness after gym, etc. and they are never failed to bring a long lasting help and relieve!I have tried a few different PT offices before, but after coming to Hands-on I am always coming back. I like this place and people are very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been off and on at variance places trying to treat my neck pain for the past 10+ years. They were able to get to the bottom of the issue and helped me to have a good recovery. Strongly advise to give them a chance if you’ve tried other places but was not able to find the help that you needed.
