I cannot highly recommend Linda Fellen as a real estate attorney more! She is an absolute shark of a lawyer and helped navigate us through a very difficult closing on our home yesterday with such grace and patience (on our end).We went from closing on Friday to not closing for 2-6 weeks to closing on Friday within 30 hours and it is all because of her sharp wits and handling our very difficult lender, and seller's lawyer, title company.She was there to take my questions and answered them with patience when I asked "what the hell is going on?!" each day.Anyway, I cannot recommend more. I am very happy with the services of Any Sawicki. Amy is very direct and down to earth. I would recommend Amy Sawicki to any buyer.Her fees are very reasonable.I would use her services again without question.
