“I have been a patient of Champagne Smiles for the past 5 years. I have already written some very positive reviews and highly recommended this practice to my family and friends. Last week I finally had the sinus lift surgery that they have been recommending to resolve some sinus issues I have been experiencing. Already impressed with everything about Champagne Smiles, I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond my already high expectations! My surgery was long and complicated and included a back tooth extraction, the actual sinus lift, bone augmentation and an unexpected bonus of placing the screws for eventual implants. This is all owing to the genius and care of Dr. Jean Bichara, Dr. Champagne and the entire team. I chose to have nitrous oxide during the procedure which was expertly administered with breaks now and then to relax my mouth and switch to pure oxygen. Staff members I have known for years stopped by occasionally to say ‘how are you doing’ and offer encouragement . Everyone worked closely with me to answer questions and help me work the necessary meditations and antibiotics into my schedule which was very important to me. A few days later when I texted Dr. Bichara with a question, he responded immediately and answered fully and with compassion. I know this review is very long, I hope it will encourage anyone who may be skeptical or afraid of going to the dentist (or anyone just looking for THE BEST dental practice on the planet), to look no further! “I had 2 exceptional experiences here, I had oral surgery about 4 years ago and I had an infection and extraction done. Both were quick and easy. ( for me that’s really saying something. I’m a big chicken when it comes to dental work) Dr Dalessio is great. Gentle and thorough , can’t say enough. For the most part painless with little if any after effects, the staff is friendly and really make you feel at ease. They do what needs to be done, they don’t try to force other treatments or anything extra on you. I highly recommend them if you need work done“

The patient experience is taken very seriously and no matter if simple cleaning or extensive work I had in past and scheduled for implant surgery after the new year I couldn’t say enough about the Dentists willingness to spend as much time needed explaining what needs to be done. We always dread cost but they outline in a very basic manner to make it as “painless” as possible. “Great practice. The Dr and staff were amazingly warm and welcoming. Everyone went through great care to make sure I understood each step and why each treatment was being done.
I chose not to wear the headphones to watch the tv in the ceiling above each chair(?I know right) and “chat with the tech” while she was cleaning my 6 in1 upper and lowers.
Very thorough cleaning and in depth explanation of superfloss use ( and existence) and a water pick adapter for better cleaning . Fantastic experience, definitely recommend ?“

I came here due to reviews and need of an official Dentist now that my job is open to more offices. (Teacher). But this office is punctual; good at communication, welcoming and warming, and thorough.

Many of my anxieties and questions about my teeth were answered without getting the chance to question, and the staff overall makes it very easy to be in the office.
