Bite back has amazing customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. All of their products are truly all natural. After all of the rain I wanted to ensure that we were good to go for an upcoming weekend where we were having people over every night. Erik came out and educated me on my property and how just a cap full of water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. He went over my property with me to mitigate any future issues. It was amazing to understand how certain things can contribute to a problem. Great service .
