Personally, I feel this tip culture has gotten out of hand; everywhere people want to be rewarded just for showing up to do the bare minimum. Well, NOT SO with Taylor Tree Service. In my opinion, they are well deserving of recognition for their top- notch service. This includes five stars for: professionalism, communication, punctuality, price, follow-through, cleanliness, and going above and beyond. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did; they really left my prooerty in an overall better condition than when they first arrived. I highly recommend their services!
I can’t say enough about Tom and his crew. We had a few companies give us quotes, but we went with Tom because of his professionalism, integrity, and reasonable price. It was a big project. We had about 40 trees that we needed to cut down. Each day Tom and his crew cleaned up all the debris instead of leaving it on our lawn or on the road. I know our neighbors appreciated this as much as we did. He was great at communicating with us about what he was doing and even let us know when he was leaving for the day. There were two pavers that he accidentally broke that we weren’t aware of, but he informed us of it and replaced them without us even asking him to. He was so great that we recommended him to our neighbors and they also had some trees trimmed/cut down while he was working on our property We will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs tree service.
