This has been horrible. They get your business through a scam moving company that no longer exists who over charged then RM talk down too you when you call. Be careful. They threaten you and try too intimidate you on the phone. Call the BBB and let your attorney handle them.

Was suppose to deliver furniture today. Waited all day and cancelled.

For 3 days, they kept canceling my pick up date. I had to hire someone to stay at my old home to wait on them. Once they came to deliver they kept charging me for every little thing... one thing in particular, I originally told them I was moving to a 2nd floor apt but they wanted to charge me for going up steps, I refused to pay since it was already mentioned and put on my paperwork. PLS DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS GREAT.. ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND AS IT TURNED OUT IT WAS!! THE PRICE I ENDED UP PAYING WAS ALMOST $1000 MORE OTHERWISE THEY HOLD YOUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE!! NO LIE!!SO BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
