ralph rizziello made an appointment to view my home and was canceled due to the fact that my daughter was working at home. He never checked his messages to see that it was canceled and came to the property with his client banging on my door on my ring door camera my daughter, let him in not knowing innocently, and I am furious. This is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I feel extremely invaded and you shouldn’t be showing houses this way.see the attached cancelation . What professional doesn’t check there appointments? Horrible customer service .
Jessica Holtzman is truly the best real estate agent around! She is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, and really puts her clients first. I was moving to the area from out of state and needed to buy a place before coming. Buying a house sight unseen is stressful to say the least, but Jessica made us feel so comfortable and confident. Moving cross country during a pandemic with 2 toddlers seemed impossible, but Jessica made it happen!
