They really know what they are doing. We had just moved into an older home that had been sitting empty for a while, and as soon as we started using the plumbing, a strong sewer gas smell showed up, especially in the basement. The plumber found that there was no cleanout installed on the main sewer line, so Robert added one first. After that, they performed a smoke test on the drain system and found a few leaks, mostly around the toilets and nearby drain connections.
