Since I rented my first apartment in 1980 I have been interested in real estate. Purchased my first property in 1983, and over 50 since then. After a 25 year career in industrial packaging sales, I became a full time real estate investor and love to buy, fix, and sell beautiful houses. As an investor with home renovation experience, a property manager, and now a full time Realtor, I bring a unique practical perspective to my clients. Since I understand the complexities of a homes’ construction, I can relay the positive and negative points to my buyers, sellers, and investor clients. This helps them to make a more informed decision when they go to buy and sell their home or investment property.
