Happen once = understandable. Happens twice = inept to operate.

I did not want to leave my personal review. I am a patient of Dr. Louis and my Husband of Dr. Chan. I work in the same complex as the Doctors Office. After years of being a patient, I feel I need to find a new office. The doctor is awesome but they are unable to handle the amount of patients and their needs. I am a Type 2 Diabetic. I have now waited what is now going on 2 weeks for my medication. I literally am afraid to eat due to fear of having spiking. This is not the first time this has happened. We are going on 3rd time. I call and call and nothing is resolved. I also have hypertension and due to all this stress, my pressure is high.

This is the 2nd cooper specialist that I have to deal with… this is completely getting out of hand. So after a year and a bad review with the neurologist for someone to call and make a appointment they called and made a appointment after my bad review after over a year trying to make a appointment so fast forward, the neurologist diagnosed my child with ADHD that her primary care, school and us as a family agree. So I called beginning of June was told it is a few weeks wait list to call after 7/4 if I don’t hear anything back from them, called back on 7/8 and was told the scheduler is not in and can’t make a appointment will call me back 7/9 no one called, called...read full review
