Fantastic all around and such great service! Kings Cleaners has surpassed any other dry cleaner I've used by miles— my clothes are always impeccably dry cleaned, pressed and preserved; I've had pants altered perfectly; I've use them for dry cleaning for my clients' bedding, towels, accessories, etc. in which I've never run into a problem. They're always wonderful, dependable and on time. Won't trust anyone else. Plus, they've helped load and hang my large dry cleaning orders into my car— so sweet and professional.Service: Alterations

I think kings does a good job. I sent them some items that are dark colored and required more gentle care so as to not fade the blacks and keep the items also feeling and looking well pressed. Some cleaners really don't do nice work at all. But I chose kings as I wanted more attention to detail and someone told me they were a bit higher end. They do however charge for what they do. They are far pricer than many others. I get that hand labor costs money especially in New York City. I frankly most of the time choose to not send out items to cleaners as it's either very costly or not nicely done. My experience is kings did a good job. They have a good system for connecting with texts and emails and really keeping you informed on status and they delivered on time and with my instructions considered. So I paid more and was happy with the choice for my items that needed this level of attention.
