“Amazing staff and attention to details! I had waited until close to my prom to finalize my dress and was still not exactly satisfied. I brought it to Lustre to have it altered and steamed. I was honestly very annoying to the lady about having it done in time for me to try on before my prom to which I was met with nothing but smiles and head nods. I even went in a couple days earlier than scheduled to see if my dress was ready and it was! I tried it on and LOVED it! It made my (already stressful) day of prom errands so much better. 10/10, will definitely be coming back!“

“This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!"
