Util Construction did an amazing and outstanding repair of our Trex deck. The workman were so diligent and the attention to detail was exceptional. Util will be my first call anytime I need any deck work in the future.

I don't think we could have asked for a better experience when we hired Util Construction to rebuild our deck this past summer. Tudor and his team were extremely professional, courteous, timely, clean, and extremely fair, transparent and competitive with their pricing. Tudor made design and material suggestions, making the process as easy as possible for us.We could not be happier with the final product and the experience from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to to build their dream deck.

I had Util Construction do a resurfacing of my ground level deck. Even at the first step of getting an estimate, I felt like they were going to a good job. Compared to another company I got an estimate from, they were more careful about checking whether the joists also needed replaced. The old joists were clearly rotting, so they did a complete replacement of the joists, and what they put in looked very solid. The composite decking they installed also looks exceptional, very flat, uniform, and tightly spaced, and they did a nice job of getting the deck as close as possible to the side of the house.
