My water heater failed the night before. Water was cold for shower. Next day I called the installer company. They told me they can come in the next day in the evening 36hrs later. I called a second company I used in the past the owner told me they don't work on water heaters in the summer. These two companies didn't care about me and my family. I called Mario and he told me they would be there in about 2 hrs. Martin showed up, used shoe covers, much appreciated. Above all, he diagnosed as Mario had told me.
