Our church had a kitchen fire with a lot of smoke damage throughout the building. SERVPRO came in and they have done an excellent job of "making it like it never happened". Mike Williams is very knowledgeable and assessed the situation quickly. He is professional, pays attention to every detail, and is never too busy to stop and answer any questions. My sales rep Colleen Dennis was great. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians were early and also very polite. They explained the process of what they had to do to clean out my dryer vent. The techs did their job and cleaned up everything once they were done. I recommended them to my entire neighborhood. I will also be using them to clean my HVAC ducts.
