Ms Jackie is the best! She’s always there to answer questions - knows her stuff and always finds a way to make me laugh on my most dreaded day of the year (tax appt). She manages both our personal/family and business taxes with success!

Diane you told me that you're not coming back. I was calling you back to just verify who you are so you're put on the no appointment list in the future . I simply fulfilled your request. We charge $25 to file PAS form. I'm not an employee, I work for free to help the owners feed their children and pay the bills. I don't do free work for the clients. The lack of propriety demonstrated by you and your husband is certainly most intolerable.
