It really broke my heart because I've known the owner since we were young, and I know for sure that all of this is just a big misunderstanding. Yes, she has a loud voice and her English isn't perfect, so sometimes people get the wrong idea. But she's seriously one of the kindest and warmest people you could ever meet.
